1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services and software provided by Nukipa Labs GmbH.

2. Services Offered

We provide AI-powered software across different verticals. Each product has its own service scope, which will be detailed on the respective product site.

3. Use of AI

AI-generated content or decisions provided by our software must be reviewed by qualified human users. Nukipa Labs GmbH assumes no liability for actions taken based on automated outputs.

4. Liability

Nukipa Labs GmbH is only liable for damages arising from intent or gross negligence. We exclude liability for minor negligence, except for injuries to life, body, or health.

5. Subscription & Withdrawal Rights

All subscriptions:

• Are automatically renewed unless canceled prior to the renewal date
• Can be withdrawn within 14 days after each renewal in accordance with EU consumer law

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All legal relationships are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is München, Germany.

7. Final Provisions

Should any clause be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
